I manufacture a couple different parts for reel to reel tape recorders. Knobs, feet, internal parts, etc. Here is the current list of parts I have made in the past:
- ReVox A77: Feet, mk3 upper knob, mk4 upper knob, mk4 power switch
- Akai 4000 series and similar models: full Zamac cam set, including JDM models
- Akai GX-255: Feet (will fit other models too)
- Accessories: Trident to AEG, AEG to NAB, Trident to NAB, etc. Can likely make any adapter needed. wider tape formats (half inch up to 2 inch) probably also possible.
For lasercutting I have made plexiglass reels and AEG platters in the past. I make these at my old highschool, which I visit every once in a while.
I have also been able to recreate the metal locking washer on the Sony TC-366 spool hub. I have enough material to make more if you need one. I have since sold my TC-366 so I will need dimensions as I unfortunatly didn’t write them down.
